N0.62-106 Hearing on Zone Change Application No. 62-106 of Don Christenson to rezone certain property north of McFadder'. & East and West of Frontage i~oad to h-3 zoning was opened at ?:45 P.i~. DISCUSSION ~,r. D. Christenson presented a compiled map of the area and gave his ideas as to why h-3 wou].d be proper zoning. Shelle spoke to the Commission regarding a p?lication on file with the County for a Con- ditional. Permit for Country Day School on Yorba St. Mr. Verne Q. Smith explained plot r)lans for school and surrounding zoning. ~r. Don Watson, owner of property, asked to go on record as backing recommendation for the granting of said C.[.:. 966. NO OBJECTIONS TO COUNTY PLAN. COM. CoUN'J'Y RULING ON SIGNS EXPLAINED Mr. kelson ex~olainedthe County ruling as to Zone 0rd.~nance as a.~>plied to signs. Signs being per- m.itted in a Commercial Zone, subject to regulations set forth in Sign Code· STUDY TC BE MADE Commission asked that the Council be notified that OF COUNTY SIGN CODE the Commission is mak~,ng a study of County Sign Code.
