Carried. Hearin~ on Zone Change Application No. 62-113, Santa =na Development Company, to zone property at S/E corner of Bryan Avenue and Main Street to P.D. Zone opened at 7'33 P.M. Clerk read application and recommendations from Tustin Fire Chief, County Building & Safety and County Planning Department. Mr. William Grey spoke ~n behalf of applicant. City Engineer McBride recommended P.D. zoning for this property. There being no objections and no further comments, the Hearing was declared closed at 7'48 P.M. Hr. F. Correspondence from County Building and County Planning Oepartment and Tustin Fire Department regarding this application reread by Secretary. Moved by ~'~r. Smith, seconded by Mr. ~orris that kesolution No. 602 granting application No.62-120 of ~oyal Tow Service and containing following stipulations be passed and adopted' 1. Plot plan 'be submitted to city engineer and conforming to cul-de-sac plan. 2. Erection of solid six (6) foot fence to be painted and maintained Setback to conform to requirements of engineer. Curb and sic~alk to be constructed. 5. Variance to be subject to a two year re- val~etion. 6. No wrecking permitted. ?. Access to Tustin Ave. to be closed. 8. Soil to be treated to allay dust. Discussion by the Commission of UP62-112 and Tenta- tive Tract Map No. 4854 of Truxton Corp. deferred from October 22nd meeting commenced and City Engineer McBride presented revised plans and recommended ap- proval of UP 62-112 and Tentative Map, Tract 4854, all in accordance with recommendations of Building and Safety Department, Fire Chief and City Engineer and Subject to the following conditions: 1. Thirty foot in width roadway to be im- proved to city specifications, and designated on the final map as a private road, subject to onehour parking limit. 2.
