AUNGER RESOLUTION 633 Meeting called to order at 7:34 P.M. by Chairman Bacon. Present: Bacon, M~tchell, Morris, Mueller, Smith Absent: Sheridan, Gibbons City Attorney Rourke, present. City Engineer Carlsen, present. Planner Remland, present. Hearing on UP 63-13g, Capitol Alliance, opened at 7:35 p.m. Moved by Morris, se~nded by Mitchell that Hearing on UP 63-135 be continued to the April 22nd meeting. Carried. Hearing on UP 63-137, William Prout, opened at 7:37 P.M. Moved by Morris, seconded by Mitchell that UP 63-137 be continued to next regular meeting. Carried. Hearing on Zone Change Application No. 63-117 of Balmer & Lewis opened at 7:39 P.M. Application and correspondence from Mr. Balmer and Mr. Lewis requesting PD zoning in place of the R-3 originally requested were read. Those speaking in favor of said change: Mr. Roy Lewis Mr. Bruce Gibbons Against said change: Mr. Ken Nelson Hearing closed at 7:48 P.M. Moved by Smith, seconded by Morris that Resolution No. 632 stating that ZC application 63-117 be recommended to the Council as amended and property involved be re- zoned PD be passed and adopted. Motion carried by roll call - Ayes: Bacon, Mitchell, Smith, M~rris. Noes: Mueller; Absent: Sheridan and Gibbons Hearing on Variance Application No. 63-128, H. Aunger, opened at 7:55 P.M. Application read by Secretary. Moved by Mueller, seconded by Morris that Hearing be con- tinued to the next regular meeting and a report requested from the Planning Department, Land Use Department, Engineering Department. Mr. Aunger to submit complete and definite legal description, and plot plans. Carried. Hearing on Amendment to Ordinance No. 157 as amended, relative to signs in C-l, C-2, C-3, and "M" Zones opened at 8:10 P.M. There being no objections or comments, the Hearing was declared closed. Moved by Smith, seconded by Mitchell that Resolution No. 633 be passed and adopted, recommending to the City Council the adoption of said amendment as an emergency measure to be in effect immediately. Motion carried by roll call, all members present voting Aye. Hearing on Amendment to Ordinance No. 185 relative to Exhibit "B", revising Building Line on Pasadena Avenue, opened at 8:15 P.M. There being no objections or comments, the Hearing was declared closed. Moved by Smith, seconded by Mitchell that Resolution No. 633 277 TRACT 5109 UP 63-134 be passed and adopted, recommending to the City Council the adoption of said amendment as an emergency measure to be in effect immediately. Motion carried by roll call, all members present voting Aye. Hearing on Amendment to Ordinance No. 185 relative to Exhibit "B", revising Building Line on Pasadena Ave., opened at 8:15 P.M. There being no objections or comments, the Hearing was declared closed. Moved by Morris, seconded by Smith that Resolution No. 634, recommending to the Council that the building line as shown on Exhibit "B" of Ordinance No. 185, be passed and adopted. Carried by roll call, all members present voting Aye. Tentative Map Tract No. 5109 presented and Mr. Remland, City Planning, presented conditions and recommendations. Moved by Morris, seconded by Smith that Tentative Mao Tract 5109 be approved subject to conditions as set forth by City Planner and wall requirements on Bryan Avenue be added to Section 5 of said conditions. Carried. Moved by Mueller, seconded by Morris that Architectural plans of Foster Art Books be deferred to next regular meeting for recommendations of the Architectural Committee, Planning and Engineering and check on set- back requirements. Mr. Putnam to submit elevation plans and number of employees. Carried, Moved by Mueller, seconded by Mitchell +,hat revised preliminary plans of UP 63-134, Fredricks Corp. be approved. Carried.
