AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, PRE-
ZONING CERTAIN SCHOOL SITES FROM RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
TO PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL DISTRICTS, ON APPLICATION"
NUMBERS 74 - 1 AND 74- 2
The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
1. The City Council finds and determines:
A. That prezoning proceedings have been duly initiated
by the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin for prezoning
of the following properties: .
Property located at 1151 San Juan Street, known
as the C. C. Lambert Elementary School.
Property located at 17952 Beneta Way, known as
the Columbus Tustin Intermediate School.
B. That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
held, the Planning Commission recommended prezoning as herein-
after specified.
C- The City Council duly called, noticed and held a
public hearing on said matter.
D. Said properties should be prezoned as herein provided.
2. The subject properties are hereby prezoned from the R-4
and the E-4 to the "P & I", Public and Institutional District,
with rezoning to be effective upon completion of annexation of
the subject property to the City of Tustin.
PASSED AND ADOPTED At a regular meeting of the ~ity Council,
City of Tustin, California, held on the 19th day of aUGUST, 1974.
