Moved by Morris, seconded by Hefner that nearing be continued until Union Oil Co. can confer with adjacent property owners. Carried. Final develooment ~.:~ians for UP 63-137 presented and explained by Mr. Remland. Moved by Morris, seconded by Hefner that Resolution No. 682 be passed and ado oted, approving final olans of UP 63-137 with the condition that a block wall be constructed on the N/W property line and that prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Use and Occupancy, all street imorovements including the railroad crossing shall be installed by the develooer and at his ex~e:';se, said improvements shall meet with the approval of the City Engineer. Carried unanimously. Final development olaf,s for Tustin Vii.LaG,. ~2 oresented. Moved by Morris that final plans be approved subject to condition t.~at no suilding permit shall be issued until Tract Map for this oarticular~ unit is recorded. Motion died for lack of second. Moved by Morris, seconded by Hefner that Resolution No. 683 be passed and adopted approvin!~ final develooment olans for Tustin Village ~£ subject to the condition that Tract Map for tSs particular unit is recorded. Carried by roll call - Ayes: Bacon, Morris, Hefner, Noes: Miller, Abstained: Engle, Absent: Mueller. Tentative Tract No 5390 of Hodge oresented by Mr. Red, and with 8 recommended conditions. Moved by Morris, seconded by Engle that Resolution No. 684 approving tentative tract ~ap 5390 subject to c ,nditions presented be passed and adooted and that develooer be notified that there might be a change subject to architectural a~oroval of driveways. Carried, all members present voting Aye. Tentative tract map 5410 preset:ted bj Mr. Rem2and along with eight recommended condi ~ ions. 2__..! Moved by Morris, seco..ded by Hefner that Resolution 686 approving ..~ tentative tract 5~10 subject to conditions presented be ~assed and adopted. Carried by roll call - Ayes: Bacon, Morris, Hefner, Angle, Noes: Mi_]ler, Absent Mueller Tentative tract map 5311 (first revised) presented by Mr. Remland with eight recommended conditions. :':(~....-, . Moved by Hefner, seconded by Morris that Resolution 685 approving ~ ~ tentative tract map 5311 subject to recom:,~ended conditions be passed and adopted· Carried - all co~nissioners present voting Aye. Moved by Miller, seconded by Morris that County Planning Department be advised that this commission does not object to CP 1068 but as it affects the adjoining home owners, we recommend a 6' block wall along north and west property lines with an adjacent 5' planting strip planted with hedge or screen planting to grow 8' to 10' in height. Carried. Moved by Hefner, seconded by Engle that County Planning Department be notified that this commission has no objecti ns to Case No. 726 (Sectional District Map 4-5-9 Exhibit R) Carried, Moved by Morris, seconded by Hefner that correspondence be received and filed. Carried. Moved by Hefner, seconded by Morris that as a matter of policy, all Plannid Development olans be referred to the Architectural Committee prior to any hearing. Carried.
