Moved by Miller, seconded by Hefner tr. at the County Planning
Commissi~.n be advised that this co~.ission has no obj-
ections to CB 1074 but recom-~:ends to the County that the
number of two bedroom units in t~s development be inc-
reased to two-thirds of the total number of units and
that consideration be given to the placing of an
additional swimming pool on the property remotely
located from the one shown in conjuction with another
recreation building and that a 5 foot'landscaped
planting strip be placed around the perimeter of
property. These recom:~endations are made because of the
great number of three and four bedroom units and apparent
high coverage of the land and the effect on the school
district that will result from this development.
There is a feeling of greater need for interior
recreation considering the type of development. Carried.
Moved by Engle that regarding CP 1067 this Commission
recommend to the County Planning Com.?ission that they
give further thought as to develooing in lower de..sity
single story develooments more cons i. stent with homes in

as submitted. Motion died for lack of second.
Moved by Hefner, seconded by Miller that the County

Moved by Engle, seconded by Miller that Plot Plan for
CP 1067 as submitted does not meet with this commission's
a!~proval. This co.~r, ission reco~r~mends that the property
be develooed at a lower density and in oarticular the
elimination of two story buildings. We make this
recom.?~endation because we feel single story is more
