TUSTIN PLANNING COMMISSION
JANUARY 27, 1964

Meeting calledto order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Bacon.
Present: Marsters, Bacon, Miller, Hefner, Ring, Engle
Also present: Rourke, Remland, Brook
Absent : Carlsen.
Moved by Hefner, seconded by Engle that Minutes of
January 13th meeting be approved as mailed. Carried.
Tentative Tract Map 5468 presented by Mr. Remland along
with eight recommended conditions.
Moved by Hefner, seconded by Marsters that Resolution
No. 702, approving Tentative Tract No. 5468 (lst revised)
with conditions as outlined, be passed and adopted. C
Carried by roll call - all members voting Aye.
Tentative Tract 5469 and eight recommended conditions
presented by Mr. Remland.
Moved by Engle, seconded by Ring that Resolution 703
be oassed and ado'~.ted, approving Tentative Tract 5469
(lst revised) subject to conditions as presented and
the added condition regarding dedication for future
access at cul-de-sac as read and s~bject to approval of
the City Engineer. Motion carried - all members voting
Aye.
Tentative Tract 5470 (lst revised) and six recommended
conditions presented by Mr. Remland.
Moved by Marsters, seconded by Miller that Resolution
704 be passed and adopted approving Tentative Tract
5470(lst revised) subject to conditions as presented.
Carried by roll call - all members voting Aye.
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Tustin
Village Inc. deferred to next regular meeting.
The second Tuesday of each month was designated for a
study night with Mr. Remland. First session to be
held February llth in the old Council Chambers at
145 W. Third Street.
Moved by Miller, seconded by Engle that the City Attorney
be directed to take necessary steos to commence oroc-
eedings to amend the zoning ordiance to require a
Use ?ermZt for service stations in 'C' Zones.
Moved by Hefner, seconded by Engle that the above motion
be amended and the City Attorney be authorized to commence
proceedings to amend tha zoning ordinance to require
a Use Permit for service stations in any zone where now
permitted and all station plans be submitted to the
Architectural Committee for approval. Motion carried.
All members voting Aye.
Preceding .~.~otion made by Miller and seconded by Engle
was then passed by roll call - a_l members voting Aye.
There being no further business, the meeting was declared
adjourned.
