MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
TUSTIN PLA~,~ING COMMISSION
February 10, 1964
Meeting called to order by Vice Chairman Hefner at
7:35 P.M.
Present: Hefner, Miller, Engle, Marsters, Jacobson,
Mr. Bacon arrived at 8:40 P.M.
Absent : Ring.
Also present: City Attorney Rourke, Planning Advisor
Rem_land.
Moved by Engle, seconded by Miller, that the Minutes
of January 20th meeting be approved as mailed. Carried.
Moved by Engle, seconded by Marsters that Resolution
No. 705, initiating proceedings to amend the zoning
ordinance of the City be read in its entirety.

Moved by Miller, seconded by Engle that Resolution No.
705 be passed and adopted. Carried by roll call. Ayes:
Hefner, Miller, Engle, Marsters. Noes: Jacobson.
Absent: Bacon, Ring.
Amendment to Covenents, Conditions, and Restrictions
of Tustin Village, Inc., Tract 5142 presented and
explained by Mr. Remland.
Moved by Marsters, eeconded by Miller that the Planning
Commission recommend execution of C. C. & Rs. for Tustin
Village Inc. to the City Council. Carried by roll
call. Ayes: Miller, Jacobson, Marsters, Engle,
Hefner. Noes: None. Absent: Ring, Bacon.
Mr. Bacon arrived - 8:40 P.M.
Moved by Engle, seconded by Marsters that this
Commission inform the County Planning Commission that
UV 5293 meets with no objections. Carried, Mr. Miller
voting no. Mr. Hefner, abstained.
Chairman Bacon appointed the following members to the
Multiple Housing Committee: Mr Hefner, Mr. Jacobson,
Mr. Engle.
Mr. Remland requested to inform the Planning Commission
members when Mr. Adsit will present his findings and
recommendations and also to investigate ways and means
of study sessions with the County Plannin~ on area within
Tustin sphere of influence.
Moved by Ymrsters seconded by Hefner that this Com-
missions study session be held the :':our befozethe
regular Co~mission meetings. Carried.
There being no further business the meeting was declared
adjourned.
