Meeting called to order at 7:34 P.M. by Chairman Bacon.

UP64-166 Hearing opened at 7:35 P.M. on UP64-166 of First Church
First of Christ, Scientist, to permit the construction of a
Church church building at 440 ~. Main Street.

Moved by Hefner, seconded by Marsters that the County
be informed that this Commission recommends holding
C-1099 in abeyance until a study of entire area including
roads, etc. can be made. Carried.

dlsapprov Planning be informed that this Commission-d~sapproves
reasons of C-1102 as submitted by the County, for the following
listed reasons:

Clifton Moved by Hefner, seconded by hing that a Eesolution be
Miller adopted, that inasmuch as Clifton Miller, durl~g his
re-appt, tenure on the Planning Commission has demonstrated a
Planning high degree of knowledge in planning and architectural
Commission skill and has shown a soirit of coooeration with the
Commission, City Council and the general oubllc in planning
matters and has reoe~tedly demonstrated in his voting,
a concern and desire to ~romote encourage and protect
the interests of the people and the City's welfare -
therefore, we recommend his reappolntment to the City
Planning Commission. Carried. Ayes: Bacon, Hefner,
Ring, Marsters. Abstained: Enderle. Absent: Lawrence
