Present: Bacon, Lawrence, Marsters, Enderle, Halus. Absent: Hefner Mr. K. Bryant, represented Attorney Rourke. Moved by Lawrence, seconded by Marsters that Minutes MINUTES of October 13th meeting be approved as lnailed. Carried. APPROVED Hearing opened at 7:32 P.M. on Variance 64-151 of G.L.A. Development Co. to permit gara~eo setback in R-3 zone to 15 feet from side yard. VAR. 64-151 G.L.A. DEV. COMPANY Application explained and Staff recommendations presented by Mr. Haworth alonE with two recommendations from Fire Chief. There being no comments or objections, the Hearing was declared closed at 7:36 P.M. APP. EXPL. TWO RECOMM. FROM FIRE CHIEF Moved by Lawrence, seconded by Enderle that Resolution No. 749 be passed and adopted approving V~riance 6~-151 subject to the following conditions as set forth by the Planning Staff and Fire Dept.: 1. Remaining access is kept cleared. 2. Strict compliance with all other setback re qu i rement s. 3. Before any buildings are occupied, fire extinguishers be installed ~nd approved by the Tustln Fire Department. 4. A llst of apartments in which the access to t~.e attics are located. RESOL. 749 APPROV. V.64-151 PASSED ADOPTED WITH COND. And, the added condition theft before buildings are occupied, a satisfactory easement is recorded and filed with the Planning Commission. Motion carrled by roll call: Ayes: Bacon, Marsters, Lawrence, Enderle, Halus. Noes: None. Absent: Hefner. CARRIED BY ROLL Hearing opened at 7:40 P.M. to consider the adoption of the Goals and Objections of the Tustin Planning Area. Moved by Enderle, seconded by Halus that Resolution No. 750 be passed and adonted recommending to the Council that the Goals and Objectives as drawn by the General Plan Committee be '-~dooted. Carried by roll call. Ayes: Bacon, Marsters, Lawrence, Enderle, Halus. Noes: None. Absent: Hefner. ADOPT. OF GOALS AND OBJECTION PASSED AND ADOPTED The members of this Commission commended the Planning Staff ~nd the General Plan Committee for the excellant Job done on the Goals and Objectives report. Correspondence from County Planning reEardin~ CP1069 presented. Moved by Enderle, seconded by Lawrence th'::t the County Planning Commission be advised that this Commission has no objections to CF1069. Carried. CORR. FROM COUNTY CP1069 Mr. Haworth informed the Commission that re.port and recommend-ations regard~.n~ Seventeenth Street Zonln~ would be .Dresented by the next regular meetln~.
