9. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON ZONE CHANGE APPLICATION
8 SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 5 FOR PALMWOOD GARDENS.
The City Co~cil of the City of Tustin, California,
does ordain as follows:
1. The City Co~cil, City of Tustin, California finds
~ ~d determines:
8 A. That a proper application (Specific Plan No. 5)
was filed by Robert G. Stewart, on behalf of
9 Palmwood Gardens, to rezone the. property des-
cribed in E~ibit "A'~, attached hereto and
10 incorporated herein by this reference.
11 B. That after p~lic hearing duly called, noticed,
and held the City Council, as Planning =Agency,
~ .... '.. reco~ended rezoning of said property.
18 C.. That an Environmental Impact Report has been
certified for said zone change application.
14 D. That the City Co~cil has regularly called,
noticed, and held a p~lic hearing on said
15 app! i c at i on.
'~ E. That said zone change is in conformance with
1~ the Tustin ~ea General Plan and the property
. should ,be rezoned as hereinafter ordered.

2. The s~ject property is hereby rezoned from the
19 R-4 District to the PD (Planned Development)
District, in accordance with the terms and condi-
~0 tions of Specific Plan No. 5.
