AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
REZONING PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. Z. C. 73-4
OF INDUSTRIAL AFFILIATES.
1 The City of Tustin, California, does ordain as follows:
Z 1. The City Council finds and determines,
8 a. That a proper application (No. Z. C. 73-4)
was filed on behalf of Industrial Affiliates to
4 rezone the property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto from the C-2-P District to the PM (Planned
5 Industrial) District.
6 b. That .the subject ~roperty should be re,zoned
from the C-2-P District to the PM (Planned ~dustrial)
~ District.
8 c. That after public hearing duly called, noticed
and held the Planning Commission recommended such
9 re zoning.
10 d. That the City Council duly called, noticed and
held a public hearing on said proposed rezoning.

2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the
PM (Planned Industrial) District, subject to the
finding of the Planning Commission and the following

conditions:
a. Development and use shall be in accordance with
the concepts of the plot plan submitted by the
applicant as part of its application.
b. Stree~ improvement plans shall be s~Lbmitted
18 for approval of the City Engineer and all missing
street improvements shall be constructed along the
19 parcels frontage per city standards with street trees
and street lights on marbelite poles. The substandard
9.0 curb return radius shall be replaced to city specificati
c. Dedication of corner cutoff to the. City.
d. All on-site surface and roof drainage to be
directed to adjacent streets.
e. The installation of a fire hydrant at the south
proper~ty line of "B" street, connected to a 6"
water line.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 20th day of August, 1973.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council
of the City of Tustin is five; that'the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 595 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 6th day of August , 197 3 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of August , 1973, by
the following vote:
