2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
~- AMENDING THE TUSTIN CITY CODE RELATIVE TO
3 BUSINESS LICENSE FEES.

5 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California,
6 does ordain as follows:
7 1. Chapter 13 of the Tustin City Code is hereby
8 amended by the deletion of subparagraphs (.5) and (6) of Section
9 13-37, and the amendment of subparagraph (7) of Section 13-37
10 to read as follows:
11 (7) C0i'n-Operate'd Machines
12 Coin-operated machines shall be taxed upon the
gross receipts received from said machines in
13 accordance with the schedule set forth in Sec-
tion 2523. Licensees shall,with the business
1~ license application and each renewal thereof,
~,~ file with the City Clerk a list of each location
15 within the City of Tustin at which licensee has
machines, showing the number of machines at each
'- 16 such location. Within fifteen (15) days after
any change in location or in the number of
17 machines at such locations, the licensee shall
file an amended and current list.

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

Council of the City of Tustin, held on the 20th day of August, 1973.

of the City of Tustin is five; that'the above and fore-
going Ordinance No. 590 was duly and regularly. introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 6th day of August , 197 3 , and was given
its second reading and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of August , 1973, by
the following vote: '
