2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALI-
FORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF
~ TUSTIN, ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 73-3
4 The City of Tustin ordains as follows:
5 1. The City Council finds and determines~
6 a) That a proper application (No. ZC 73-3) was duly
filed for a change of zone from the R-1 (Single
V family) district to the P & I district of the
property described in Exhibit A attached hereto.

b) After public hearing the Planning. Commission 'duly
9 recommended such rezoning.
10 c) After public hearing duly called, noticed and
held, the City Council determines that said pro-
11 perry should be rezoned as herein provided.
12 2. The subject property is hereby changed from the R-1
!5 (Single £amily) to the P & I district. =-
14 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
15 Council, held on thend day of April, 1973.
