REGULAR BUSINESS (ITEMS 1 THROUGH 2 )
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - JUNE 3, 2002 REGULAR MEETING
Recommendation: Approve the Redevelopment Agency Minutes of June 3, 2002.
2. AUTHORIZATION TO CONTINUE OPERATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003
It is requested that the Agency approve continued fiscal operations pending finalization of
the 2002/2003 budget.
Recommendation by the Finance Director:
Authorize the Executive Director to continue fiscal operations for 2002/2003 at an
appropriation level not to exceed that of 2001/2002, until such time as the budget
process can be completed. Since the 2002/2003 budget will not be approved until after
July 1, 2002, it is necessary for the Agency to authorize expenditures for operations.
This would also include capital improvement projects approved in fiscal year 2001/2002.
It would not include new capital improvement projects or services.

ADJOURNMENT - The next regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency is scheduled for
Monday, July 1,2002, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at 300 Centennial Way.
