AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OFTUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,
1 REZONING PROPERTY PURSUANT TO APPLICATION NO.
Z. C. 71-227 INITIATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION.
" 3 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does
4 ordain as follows:
5 1. The City Council finds and determines:
6 a) That rezoning proceedings Were regularly initiated
by the Planning Commission by application No.
V Z.C. 71-227 relative to the property described as
that site encompassing the area bounded by First
8 Street, Main Street and "B" and "C"oStreets.
9 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
held the Planning Commission recommended such re-
10 zoning.
11 c) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and
held by the City Council it is determined that said
1Z property should be-rezoned.
13 2. The subject property is hereby rezoned from the C-1
14 (Retail Commercial) District and R-2 (Duplex) district to the PI
_, 15 (Public & Institutional) district.
16 PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
17 of the City of Tustin, California, held on the 1st day of
18 November, 1971.

certify that the whole number of members of the City Council

going Ordinance No. 526 was duly and regularly introduced
and read at a regular meeting of the City Council .held on

its second reading 'and duly passed and adopted at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of November , 1971,
by the following vote:
