HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 33001 RESOLUTION NO. 3300 6 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, FINDING THAT THE PROPOSED FISCAL YEAR 1994-95 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS ARE IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE TUSTIN AREA GENERAL PLAN. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a. That 64501 of the California Government Code provides that a local agency shall not construct a public building or structure in any county or city, until the location, purpose, and extent of such activity has been reported upon as to conformity with the adopted general plan for the jurisdiction. B . That the Planning Commission does hereby find that the City's proposed coordinated program of proposed capital improvements are in conformity with the goals and policies as contained in the Land Use Conservation/Open Space/Recreation, Circulation and Public Safety Elements of the Tustin Area General Plan which was designated to adequately serve the needs of our community.
