P.Z. 71-130 INITIATED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION. 4 The City Council of the City of Tustin, California, does 5 ordain as follows: 6 1. The City Council finds and determines: V a) That prezoning proceedings were regularly initiated by the Planning Commission by application no. P. Z. 8 71-130 relative" to the property described in Exhibi "A" attached hereto. 9 b) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and 10 held the Planning Commission recommended such pre- zoning. 11 c) That after public hearing duly called, noticed and 12 held by the City Council it is determined that said property should be prezoned. 14 2..
