HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 328610 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 3286 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, CONDITIONALLY APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO CONDITION NO. 1.1 OF RESOLUTION NO. 3232 TO ALLOW A SIX-MONTH EXTENSION TO DESIGN REVIEW 88-70 AND VARIANCE 89-19 The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I · The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: A· Proper applications (Design Review 88-70 and Variance 89-19), filed by Richard C. Webber, have been approved to allow the construction of a nine-unit condominium project and renovation of one unit of an existing adjacent apartment complex located at 1062 and 1082 Wass Street. This project was approved by the Planning Commission on January 8, 1990, by the adoption of Resolution No. 2729. Be A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on July 11, 1994, by the Planning Commission. Ce A Negative Declaration was approved on February 5, 1990, in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). No additional environmental documentation is required. De Six six-month extensions of time have been previously approved by the Planning Commission on June 24, 1991, with the adoption of Resolution No. 2914, January 8, 1992, with the adoption of Resolution No. 2985, July 13, 1992, with the adoption of Resolution No. 3054, January 11, 1993 with the adoption of Resolution No. 3110, June 28, 1993 with the adoption of Resolution No. 3153, and February 24, 1994 with the adoption of Resolution No. 3232. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, hereby approves a modification to Condition No. 1.1 of Resolution No. 3232 to allow a six-month extension to Design Review 88-70 and Variance 89-19, subject to the conditions contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Tustin at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of July, 1994. Recording Secretary EX]~IBIT A RESOLUTION NO. 3286 JULY 11, 1994 EXTENSION OF DESIGN REVIEW 88-70 & VARIANCE 89-19 1.1 Design Review 88-70 and Variance 89-19 approval shall become null and void unless all building permits are issued by January 8, 1995, six (6) months from the expiration date established by Resolution No. 3232. This condition supersedes Condition Nos. 1.1 of Resolution No. 3232. 1.2 Ail conditions of approval of Resolution No. 2729, except Condition No. 1.3, shall remain in effect. BCS:br
