A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION
OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 93-016, AUTHORIZING THE
CONTINUED TEMPORARY USE OF AN EXISTING TEMPORARY
TRAILER FOR A PERIOD OF TWO YEARS AT THE INDUSTRIAL
FACILITY LOCATED AT 14511 MYFORD ROAD.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:

temporary trailer at 14511 Myford Road for two
years.
Be
A public hearing was duly noticed, called and held
by the Planning Commission on May 9, 1994.
Ce
That establishment, maintenance and operation of
the proposed temporary trailer will not, under the
circumstances of this case, be detrimental to the
health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or Working in the
neighborhood of such proposed use, nor to the
general"welfare of the City of Tustin as evidenced
by the following findings:
me
The temporary trailer has been permitted and
inspected by the Building Department, and
meets all current Uniform Building Code
requirements and therefore, poses no threat to
the health, or safety of individuals working
in the vicinity of the subject temporary
trailer.
·
The temporary trailer is located in an unused
truck ramp and displaces no parking spaces and
in no way affects vehicular circulation on the
site. The temporary trailer, therefore, has
no impact on the health, safety, morals,
comfort or general welfare of individuals
working in the vicinity of the subject
temporary trailer.

·
The temporary trailer is located in an
inconspicuous location and is not readily
visible from the public right-of-way, and
therefore, has no impact on the health,
safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of
the persons working in the vicinity of the
subject temporary trailer and is not injurious
or detrimental to property and improvements in
the neighborhood or to the general welfare of
the city.
·
The temporary trailer would provide extra
space for Silicon Systems during continued
construction at the Silicon Systems campus,
and therefore, would not set a precedent for
the use of trailers to provide additional
space for businesses in the industrial
districts.
II. The Planning Commission hereby approves a time extension
to Conditional Use Permit 93-016 to authorize the
continued use of a temporary trailer for a period of two
