The City .of'~ustin, California, does' hereby ordain as
follows:
1. The City Council finds and' determines:
a) Th'at a proper applidation (No. Z.C. 70~2!9) was
filed on behalf of R. T. FREXCi~ DEVELOPZ4ENT' COM-
PANY on behalf of t-LARRIET O~ ENDERLE, for rezonin=i
of ~he property described in Exhibit A attached

b) That after public hearing.' duly called, noticed
and.held hhe planning Commission made its recom-
mendations on said application--
c) That th~ City Council hae duly ca.!led~ noticed an~
held a public hearing on said application'
2. The City Council hereby fezones the subject property
from the C-2 (Commercial) and RL3 (Multiple .Family Residential)
~i districts to the PC'-C-~ (planned Community CenLral .Commercial Dis~l
trict subject to the fo.llowi~g conditions:
a) Hei'ght limitation of one-storY structure (18 feet
maximum.) within not less tl%.r..n 100 feet of the
southerly property line adjacent to any property
zoned R-1 or E-4.
b) Density standard not to exceed one unit for each
