HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2775 1 2 4 5 6 ! 8 9 10 11 12 ~4 15 ~7 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2775 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AUTHORIZING A 90 DAY EXTENSION OF VARIANCE 88-10 FOR THE CONVERSION OF THE EXISTING SYCAMORE GARDENS STOCK COOPERATIVE TO CONDOMINIUMS The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin resolves as_ follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: ae A proper application (Variance 88-10) has been approved on behalf of the Sycamore Gardens Stock Cooperative to convert to condominiums. This project was approved by the Planning Commission on November 14, 1988 by adoption of Resolution No. 2543, and extended 180 days by the adoption of Resolution No. 2724. Be The project is Categorically Exempt (Class 1) pursuant to Section 15301 (a, d & k) of the California Environmental Quality Act. Ce An extension of time is needed to satisfy certain conditions of approval. II. The Planning Commission of the city of Tustin, California, hereby approves a 90 day extension of time for Variance 88-10 to expire August 14, 1990, subject to all conditions contained in Resolution No.'s 2543 and 2724, approving the project.
