Resolution No. 2772
June 11, 1990
Page two
On the basis of the initial study and comments
received during the public review process, the
Planning Commission has found that although the
proposed project could have a significant effect on
thc environment, there will not be a significant
effect on it in this case because mitigation
measures identified in the Negative Declaration
have been incorporated into the projects which
mitigate any potential significant environmental
effects to a point where clearly no significant
effect would occur and are identified in Exhibit A
to the attached Negative Declaration and initial
study and are adopted as findings and conditions of
Resolution No. 2773, incorporated herein by
reference.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin
Planning Commission, held on the 11th day of June, 1990.
