HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2756 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2756 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AUTHORIZING A 6 MONTH EXTENSION OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 89-11 FOR OVER 50% OFFICE USE TO ACCOMMODATE A 5,737 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE BUILDING IN THE C-2 (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT AT 705 EL CAMINO WAY The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin resolves as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a. A proper application (Conditional Use Permit 89- 11) has been approved on behalf of Tom Anderson requesting over 50% office use to accommodate a 5,737 square foot office building in the C-2 District at 705 E1 Camino Way. This project was approved by the Planning Commission on April 24, 1989 by adoption of Resolution No. 2591. $. A Negative Declaration has been approved in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Co An extension of time is needed to satisfy certain conditions of approval. II. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, hereby approves a 6 month extension of time for Conditional Use Permit 89-11 to expire October 24, 1990, subject to all conditions contained in Resolution No. 2591 originally approving the project. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Commission, held on the 12th day of March, 1990.
