HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 27431 2. 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2743 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AUTHORIZING A 6 MONTH EXTENSION OF VARIANCE 88-01 TO REDUCE THE REQUIRED FRONT AND REAR YARD SETBACKS TO ACCOMMODATE A 5,600 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE BUILDING AT 450 W. FIRST STREET. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin resolves as follows: I · The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: a. A proper application (Variance 88-01) has been filed on behalf of Harry Gates requesting authorization to reduce the rear yard setback from 24 to 20 feet and rear yard from 30 feet to 16 feet to accommodate a 5,600 square foot office building at 450 W. First Street. This project was approved by the Planning Commission on January 23, 1989. Be A Negative Declaration has been approved in conformance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Ce An extension of time is needed to satisfy certain conditions of approval. II. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin, California, hereby approves a 6 month extension of Variance 88-01, subject to conditions contained in Resolution No. 2558 originally approving the project.
