The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: ae A proper application was submitted by the sycamore Gardens Homeowner's Association requesting approval of a six (6) month extension of time for Variance 88-10. Be A public hearing was duly called, noticed and held for said application on November 13, 1989. Ce Resolution No. 2543, approving V~riance 88- 10, was adopted on-November 14, 1988. De In approving a six (6) month time extension for Variance 88-10, the Planning Commission finds that the applicant has complied with a majority of the conditions of approval.and has experienced unforeseen difficulties with their lender; consequently, a six (6) month extension (to expire May 14, 1990) is reasonable and should be approved. II. The Planning Commission hereby approves a six (6) month extension of Variance 88-10, with a new expiration date of May 14, 1990. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Commission, held on the 13th day of November, 1989.
