RESOLUTION NO. 2705
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,
CALIFORNIA APPROVING A SIX (6) MONTH
TIME EXTENSION FOR VARIANCE 88-10
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does
hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as
follows:

A proper application was submitted by the
sycamore Gardens Homeowner's Association
requesting approval of a six (6) month
extension of time for Variance 88-10.

A public hearing was duly called, noticed and
held for said application on November 13,
1989.

Resolution No. 2543, approving V~riance 88-
10, was adopted on-November 14, 1988.

In approving a six (6) month time extension
for Variance 88-10, the Planning Commission
finds that the applicant has complied with a
majority of the conditions of approval.and has
experienced unforeseen difficulties with their
lender; consequently, a six (6) month
extension (to expire May 14, 1990) is
reasonable and should be approved.
II. The Planning Commission hereby approves a six (6)
month extension of Variance 88-10, with a new
expiration date of May 14, 1990.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin
Planning Commission, held on the 13th day of November,
1989.
