HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2614 6 8 9 10 11 13 14 15 · 17~ 181 19 21 22 23 2-1 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2614 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING DESIGN REVIEW 89-24 A MODIFICATION TO THE SECTOR PLAN FOR SECTOR 7 AND CONCEPT LANDSCAPING PLAN FOR TRACT MAP 12870 IN THE EAST TUSTIN SPECIFIC PLAN. The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as fol lows' I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows' A. That pursuant to the East Tustin Specific Plan, a Sector Development Plan must be reviewed by the Planning Commission. B. That in conjunction with further site planning for Tract 12870, modification to the Sector Development Plan and Landscaping Concept Plan have been submitted by the Irvine Company and the Planning Commission at a meeting on May 22, 1989 reviewed the subject request. II. The Planning Commission hereby approves Design Review 89-24 authorizing modifications to the Sector Plan and Landscaping Concept Plan subject to the following Conditions' A. Future improvements shall substantially conform to submitted modifications to the Concept Development Plan and Landscaping Concept Plan date stamped May 22, 1989 on file with the Community Development Department provided that the Community Development Department can approve minor substitutions to the Landscaping Plan on the locations where any combination of approved materials will be used. All previous conditions of approval contained in Planning Commission Resolution No. 2427 and 2428 shall be complied with and in addition the following conditions shall be met' 1. The approved street improvement plans, R-1406 and R-1407, should be revised by the developer's engineering firm as noted below' R-1406- Robinson Drive & Keller Drive R-1407- Greenway Drive, La Colina Drive, Gallery Way and Rawlings Way 2. There is no sidewalk construction noted shown on the A.D. improvement plans - Jamboree Road, Irvine Boulevard, Tustin Ranch Road and Portola Parkway. 3. The construction of sidewalk adjacent to the curb along those streets mentioned in item #1 to be accommodated with a 1 3 4 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 17 19 ~3 24 25 ~7 Resolution No. 2614 Page two flare type of sidewalk to provide a clear width of 5 feet when the sidewalk extends through a permanent object such as fi re hydrants, street lights, etc. (see attached detail sheet). 4. New plan check fees for rechecking the revision mentioned in item #1 shall be provided. PASSED AND ADOPTEDd, ata regular meeting o,f the Tustin Planning Commission, held on the 22nd day of May, 1989.
