P.Z.. 69-115 OF DUAYNE CHRISTENSON, The City of Tugtin, California, does hereby ordain as follows: 1, The 'City CoUncil. finds and determines: ~" a) That a proper application=(No. P.Z, 69-115) was filed by DUAYNE CHRISTENSON for! prezoning of the property described in exhibit A attached.hereto and. incorporated herein by this reference; b) The .Planning Commission duly called, noticed and held a public hearing on said application, and recommended said prezoning. c)That the city~council duly called, noticed and held a public hearin~ on said prezoning proceeding. ~d) The Subject p~ope~ty should be prezoned. 2.
