RESOLUTION NO. 2491
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A TIME EXTENSION FOR
TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 12719.
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows'
I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows'
A. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held before
the City Council to approve Tentative Tract Map 12719 on August
4, 1986.
B. That Tentative Tract Map 12719 was approved to create 218 single
family residential lots in conformance with East Tustin Phase I
Residential, Planned Community Regulations.
C. That on November 2, 1987, the City Council approved Final Map
12868 to authorize construction of 75 units out of a total 218
units approved in connection with Tentative Tract 12719.
D. That on March 16, 1987, the City Council approved Final Map
13044, authorizing the construction of 127 more units out of the
total 218 units approved in connection with Tentative Tract
12719.
E. That the property currently identified as Tentative Tract Map
12719 corresponds to Lot 8 of Tract 12345 {Phase I Residential)
and consists of the 16 remaining lots of the original 218 lots
approved in connection with Tentative Tract Map 12719.
F. That the proposed twelve (12) month extension for Tract 12719 is
in conformance with the City Subdivision Ordinance and with the
State Subdivision Map Act.
G. That the proposed project is covered by a previous Environmental
Impact Report (84-3) according to the California Environmental
Quality Act.

II. The Planning Commission hereby approved the time extension for
Tentative Tract Map 12719 subject to the following conditions:
A. That Tentative Tract Map 12719 shall be extended to August 4,
1989.
B. That Tentative Tract Map 12719 is currently being reserved for
the Browning Avenue/I-5 freeway overpass. In case determination
regarding construction of overpass is not made by August 4,
1989, and applicant wishes to develop subject site, a Final Map
is required to be submitted for review and approval. Subject
Final Map shall be submitted prior to expiration of Tentative
Tract Map 12719.
