~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN,.
~" ~ CALIFORNIA, REZONING PROPERTY ON
, APPLICATION NO. ZC 68-185 OF CROSS
4 ~he City council of the City of Tustin, California,
5 does ordain as follows:
6 1) The City Council finds and determines:
7 a) That a proper application (No. ZC 68-185)
filed on behalf of CROSS, to rezone the
8 property described in.Exhibit A attached
hereto and incorporated herein-by this
9 reference, to the C-2 (General Commercial)
Zone.
10 b) That a public hearing w.as duly called,
11 noticed and held on said application by
the Planning Con~mission, and was duly
12 recommended for approval.
15 c) That the City Council duly called, noticed
and held a public hearing on said application.

~'~ d) That said property should be rezoned.
15 2) The subject pro. perry is hereby rezoned to the
16
C-2 (General Commercial) Zone, .and the Zoning Map of the City
17
of Tustin is amended accordingly.
18 PASSED AND 'ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City

Council of the City of Tus. tin, California, held on the 4th day of November, 1968.

That portion of a re-subdivision of Rice's Addition to ~ustin, as shovln
on a map thereof recorded in book 1, page 47, Miscellaneous Record Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of First Street and
Prospect Avenue; thence North 89° 45' 00"' East along the said center-
line 6f Firs~ Street, a distance of 175.00 feet to the true point of
beginning of ithis description; thence North 0° 16' 00" West along a line
