1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 2011-18 - a request for authorization to install
and operate a temporary groundwater pump and treatment remediation system
within the parking lot of the property located at 535 E. Main Street.

RECOMMENDATION
That the Zoning Administrator adopt Zoning Administrator Action {ZAA) No.
11-009 approving Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 2011-18 to install and
operate a temporary groundwater pump and treatment remediation system
within the parking lot of the property located at 535 E. Main Street.

The Public Hearing opened at 10:40 a.m.
The Acting Zoning Administrator introduced City staff and asked the attendee
to introduce himself.
Alejandro Fuan indicated that he was representing the applicant, Sara Pearcy
of the Reynolds Group.
The Acting Zoning Administrator reviewed the report, and asked Mr. Fuan if he
had reviewed the report and conditions of approval.
Mr. Fuan answered in affirmation.
Mr. Fuan stated he had no questions or concerns regarding the report and
conditions of approval.
The Acting Zoning Administrator adopted Zoning Administrator Action
No. 11-009 approving Conditional Use Permit 2011-18.
The Public Hearing closed at 10:43 a.m.
