ORDINANCE NO. 33
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4, .OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 4, AS AMENDED BY SUB-
SECTION 8, OF SECTION 1, OF ORDINANCE
NO. 28, AND AMENDING SAID SUB -SECTION 8,
OF SECTION 1, OF ORDINANCE NO. 282 OF
THE:CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA.
The City Council of .the City of Tustin ordains as
follows:
That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 4, as amended by Sub -

Section 8 of Section 1 of'Ordinance No. 28, and said Sub-Seotion

8, of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 28, of the City of Tustin, is
11
hereby amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1, SUB -SECTION 8: All licenses specified and
13
provided for in said Ordinance No. 4 are hereby designated as
14
15
annual licenses,,unless in said Ordinance otherwise specifically
,
18 provided; -the annual licenses provided for in said Ordinance No.4,
17 shall,.be•due:afid.payable:.to the City Clerk'at the time specified
in said Ordinance No. 4, respectively, or when not so specified on
.18
19 the First day.of'January.'of each year; provided, however,. that in
20
the case of annual or semi-annual licenses, any person, corpora -
21 tion,or association of persons, may at their option, elect to pay
22 said annual or semi-annual licenses quarterly, in which event one -
23 quarter 'thereof shall:be due and payable on the.First day of each
24 of the following months, to -wit: January, April, July and.October,
and in which event the City Clerk shall issue a license for
25
28 one-quarter year, or for one-half year, or for one year, as the
27 case may be, expiring at the end of the period for which payment
28 is actually made; but the first annual license issued to any
29 person, as in said Ordinance provided,.shall be issued for the
30 expired period of such year, or one-half year, or one-quarter
31 ear, as such person may -elect, except as in said Ordinance
32 therwise specifically provided, and payment for such license
