HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2338 1 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2338 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING TO THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 12759. -The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows' I® The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows- A. That Tentative Tract Map No. 12759 was submitted to the Planning Commission on behalf of The Irvine Company to subdivide three (3) numbered lots and five (5) lettered lots into seven (7) numbered lots for a residential subdivision for apartments for the property located north of I-5, west of Jamboree and east of E1 Camino Real, previously known as Lots 3, 4, and 7 and Lots N, O, P, Q, and R of Tract 12345. B. That an Environmental Impact Report (EIR 84-3) was previously certified for this project. C. That the proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Pla'n and the Tustin Zoning Code as it pertains to the development of multiple family dwellings and the Planned Community Regulations for East Tustin Phase I. II. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council approval of Tentative Tract Map No. 12759 subject to the following conditions: A. All conditions of Tract 12345. B. All easements for sewer and water shall be dimensioned on the final map. C. All conditions of Site Plan Review 86-6 that pertain to the tentatt ye map. D.
