A RESOLUTION OF'THE PLANNIPdG COD7MISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF Tentative Parcel
Map No. 76-82
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:
a) That the Irvine Industrial Company has filed a Tentative
Parcel Map (PM 76-82) to create three parcels from two
existing parcels for the purpose of authorizing the
construction of a one story distribution center for
Western Electric.
b) That the Planning Commission finds that the subject
Parcel Map is exempt from the requirements of filing an
Environmental Impact Report, because an EIR was previously
approved for this project.
c) That the Planning Commission did on the 23rd day of
August, 1976 recommend to the City Council the approval
of Tentative Parcel A1ap No. 76-82 with the recommendation
that Parcels 2 and 3 of subject map be combined as
one parcel. Subsequently thereto, the Irvine Industrial
Complex has indicated the feasibility of development of
Parcels 2 and 3 without adverse impact upon the total
indusrrial complex and development of the area.
2. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council
approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 76-82, subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
a) That all previous. conditions of Tract 8763 be applicable
to the subject parcel.
b) That Parcel 2 and 3 of subject Parcel Map application be
subject to specific approval of the Planning Commission
for any development thereon as related to access, land-
scaping, and lot coverage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a rAqular meeting of the Planning Commission
~f the City of Tustin, California held on the 13th day of
September, 1976.
