HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2292 1 2 3 6 ? $ 9 10 11 12 13 15 16 17 18 19 20 22 23 2~ 25: 26 27 RESOLUTION NO. 2292 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, GRANTING AN AMENDMENT TO USE PERMIT NO. 84-7 AUTHORIZING A 1750 SQUARE FOOT EXPANSION OF AN EXISTING GYMNASTICS SCHOOL FOR CHILDREN AT 15411 RED HILL AVENUE, SUITES C, D AND E The Planntng Commission of the city of Tusttn does hereby resolve as - fol 1 ows' I® The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows' A. That a proper application (Amendment No. i to Use Permit No. 84-7) was filed by Karen Cripps requesting authorization to allow a 1750 square foot expansion of an existing gymnastics school for children at 15411 Red Hill Ave., Suites C, D and E. B. That a negative declaration has been previously applied for in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act. Ce That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said app 1 t ca tt on. D. That establishment, maintenance, and operation of the use applied for will not, under the circumstances of this case be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use as evidenced by the following findings: 1. The use is in conformance with the Tusttn Area General Plan and City Code zoning provisions. 2. The size of any one class shall be limited to a maximum of 48 students and 4 instructors. . The classes shall be limited to students 15 years of age or younger. E. That establishment, maintenance, and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, nor to the general welfare of the city of Tustin and should be granted. F. Proposed development shall be in accordance with the development policies adopted by the City Council, Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official, Fire Code as administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal, and street improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer. G. The Planning CommissionII h~reby grants a use permit, as applied for, to authorize a 1750 square foot expansion of an existing gymnastics school for children at 15411 Red Hill Avenue, Suites C, D and E subject to the following conditions: ® That Resolution 2147 is hereby repealed and replaced with Resolution 2292. 2. The maximum number of students permitted to participate in any one session is forty eight {48). All students shall be 15 years of age or under. . Six (6) parking spaces directly in front of Suite D and E shall be identified as limited parking for loading and unloading of students. . All interior modifications shall comply with the Uniform Building Code as administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal. . Tenant signing shall be limited to that already approved for the center. . The hours of operation be limited to 9-00 a.m. to 8-30 p.m. unless otherwise approved by the Director of Community Devel opmen t. . The applicant must sign and return an Agreement to Conditions Imposed form prior to Building Permit Issuance.
