RESOLUTION NO. 2281
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN RECOMMENDING TO THE TUSTIN CITY COUNCIL
APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP NO. 12273
The Planning Commission of the city of Tusttn does hereby resolve as
fol 1 ows'
I. The Planning Commt ssi on finds and determines as fol lows'
A. That Final Tract Map No. 12273 was submitted to the Planning
Commission on behalf of Stk Wong for consideration of the
creation of a one lot subdivision for condominium purposes at
15582 South "B" Street.
Be
That a Negative Declaration for the project was previously
approved in conformance with the California Environmental
Quality Act.
Cm
That the proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan and the Tusttn Zoning Code as it pertains to
the development of multiple family dwellings.
D. That the final map is in substantial compliance with the
tentative map.
II. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the Clty Council
approval of Final Tract Map No. 12273 subject to the final approval
of the City Engineer.
