HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2158l 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2158 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A STORAGE BUILDING AND RELOCATION OF TRASH ENCLOSURE AT 17280 E. SEV£NTEENTH STREET (ENDERLE CENTER) The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows: A. That a proper application (Use Permit No. 84-11) has been filed on behalf of Union Oil Company of California requesting authorization to construct an 8'-3" x 19' storage room and relocation of trash enclosure at 17280 E. 17th Street (Enderle Center). B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. The establishment, maintenance and/or operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, nor to the general welfare of the City of Tustin and should be granted. D. Proposed development shall be in accordance with the development policies adopted by the City Council, Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official, Fire Code as administered by the Orange County Fi re Marshal and street improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer. E. That this project is Categorically Exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. F. Final development plans shall require the review and approval of the Community Development Department. II. The Planning Commission hereby approves Use Permit No. 84-11 to authorize the construction of a storage room and relocation of the refuse enclosure, subject to the following conditions: 1. The final site plan shall be standardized and reflect all appropriate City standard drawing numbers. The developer shall construct all missing or damaged street improvements to said development per the City of Tusttn "Minimum Design Standards of Public Works" and "Street Improvement Standards". This work shall consist of, but is not limited to: curbs and gutters, sidewalks, drive apron, and street pavement. 2. All elevations of the trash enclosure and storage room shall match the existing service station building. The station operation and improvements shall conform to all applicable provisions of Use Permit No. 74-9.
