RESOLUTION NO. 2151
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING RE-
ZONING OF THE PROPERTY AT 17361 MCFADDEN AVENUE
TO THE RETAIL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C-1)
The Planning Commission of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
follows:
I. The Planning Commission finds and determines as follows:
A. That a proper application, (Zone Change 84-1) has been filed
on behalf of Mary Anne Barker and the Tustin Planning
Commission to recommend a zone change for the property at
17361 McFadden Avenue {Assessor's Parcel #402-331-15) to the
Retail Commercial District (C-1).
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on
said application.
C. That a zone change should be granted for the following
reason:
1. The proposed zone designation is in conformance with the
Land Use Element of the Tustin Area General Plan.
D. Development of subject property shall be in accordance with
the policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform Building
Codes as administered by the Building Official; Fi re Code as
administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal; and street
improvement requirements as admi ni stered by the City
Engineer.
E. Final development plans shall require the review and approval
of the Director of Community Development Department.
F. A Negative Declaration has been filed in conformance with the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act.
II. The Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council
approval of Zone Change No. 84-1 to designate the Retail
Commercial District (C-1) for the property at 17361 McFadden
Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Planning Commission
held on the 26th day of March, 1984.
