AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING
A CITY BEAUTIFICATION FUND.
The City of.Tustin, California, does hereby ordain as follows:
There is hereby added to Chapter 9 of the Tustin City Code
Article III, to read as follows:
ARTICLE III
City Beautification
Sectiong-8D~pQ~it' of Money
All revenues received by the. City from the Real Property Transfer
Tax .shall, be paid into the City Beautification Fund.

I. All money. in 't~e City Beautification Fund shall be expended
exclusively for the purposes authorized by and subject to all
the provisions of this Article.

Such revenues as are received from the Real Property Transfer
= Tax shall be used for any and all City beautification projects
~'- including all costs of acquisition, design, construction, re-
. construction, maintenance and operation related to the beautif-
i ica~ion of public parks, streets and other City property, and
including but not limited to design, construction, reconstruction
and maintenance of parks, parkways, City entrance signs, Civic
Center and all other City property.

the ~ity of Tustin, held on the 19th day of February, 1968. ·
