HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 2058lO 12 13 14 15 17 18 2O 21 24 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 2058 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, AUTHORIZING THE HEIGHT AND RELOCATION OF A POLE SIGN FOR TUSTIN MOTOR LODGE LOCATED AT 750 EL CAMINO REAL The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as fol 1 ows: I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows- A. That a proper application, (Use Permit 82-24), has been filed on behalf of Tustin Motor Lodge by Bharat Gala requesting authorization for relocation and raising of any existing pole sign at 750 E1 Camino Real. B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said appl icati on. C. That establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not, under the circumstances of this case, be detrimental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use, evidenced by the fact that there are other pole signs for freeway identification purposes that exceed sixty feet (60') in height. D. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject .project, nor to the general welfare of the city of Tustin, and should be granted. E. Proposed development shall be in accordance with the development policies adopted by the City Council; Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official; Fire Code as administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal; and street improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer. F. This project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. G. Final development plans shall require the review and approval of the Community Development Director. 10 12 13 14 15 16 17 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 Resolution No. ~58 September 20, 1982 Page 2 II. The Planning Agency hereby approves Conditional Use Permit No. 82-24, to authorize the relocation and height of sixty feet (60') for a freeway identification sign for Tustin Motor Lodge, subject to the following conditions' A. Calculations and plans must be submitted prior to permit issuance by a licensed contractor.
