RESOLUTI'ON NO. 2026
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF
THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL
OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 81-1028
The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as
fol 1 ows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows'
A. That Final Parcel Map No. 81-1028 was submitted to
the Planning Agency by Hall & Foreman on behalf of
Klatt-Wilde Development Company pursuant to the Subdivi-
sion Ordinance No. 847 for the purpose of splitting a
lot for the property known as Parcel 2 of a map filed in
Book 49, Page 39 of Parcel Maps, Records of Orange
County.
B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area
General P1 an.
C. That this project is categorically exempt from the
requirements of the California Environmental Quality
Act.
II. The Planning Agency hereby recommends approval of Final
Parcel Map No. 81-1028 subject to the following
condi ti ons-
A. Annexation of subject area to the Orange Co. Street
Light Maintenance District No. 6. Proof of submittal of
said annexation papers must be furnished to the City
prior to approval of final map.
B. Completion of all missing or damaged street
improvements at the time of development of each parcel
to include, but not limited to: curb and gutter,
sidewalk, drive aprons, street trees and street lights.
C. Payment of Orange County Sanitation District No. 7
fees at time of development of each parcel.
D. Payment of East Orange County Water District Fees at
time of development of each parcel.

E. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the
execution of subdivision bonds and agreements for any
required public improvements will be required as each
parcel develops.
F. Parcel 2 shall be added to the Manny's parcel if and
when they expand the restaurant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a ar meeting of the Tustin Planning
Agency, held on the 19th day of April, 1982.
