AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA, REZONING
PROPERTY ON APPLICATION NO. ZC 67-157.
.The City Council Of the City of Tustin, California,
does. ordain as follows:
--21. The City Council' finds and determines as follows~
a) that a proper application (No. ZC-67-157)
was filed on behalf Of the City of Tustinfor
reZoning of the property described 260 feet on
the easterly side of Pasadena Avenue, apprOxi~
mately 186 feet south of the .centerline
.McFadden Avenue, described as Assessor's ParCel
No. 14-291~25, 'from .the M to the C'2 zone.
b) that after a public hearing duly called,
noticed and held, the Planning Commission
recommended said zone change.
c) that the City Council duly called, noticed
~and held a public hearing on said application.
d) that said zone change would be in the public
interest, in the best ~nte.rest of adjacent
properties eu3d uses and the general' plan of .the.
City of Tustin.
· 2. The above described praperty.is~hereby changed
from the M to the C-2 zone and the zoning map OT the City of
Tustin is hereby amended accordi~g.ly.
