HomeMy WebLinkAboutCC MINUTES 1998 03 23 MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA MARCH 23, 1998 CALLTO ORDER/PLEDGEOFALLEGIANCE The meeting was called to order by Mayor Thomas at 12:04 p.m. at the Council Chambers, 300 Centennial Way, Tustin, California. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Worley. ~"ROLLCALL Council Present: Jeffery M. Thomas, Mayor Thomas R. Saltarelli, Mayor Pro Tem Mike Doyle Tracy Wills Worley Council Absent: Jim Potts City Clerk: Pamela Stoker (absent) Others Present: William A. Huston, City Manager Lois Jeffrey, City Attorney Valerie Crabill, Chief Deputy City Clerk Approximately 1 in the audience PUBLICINPUT - None CLOSED SESSION Mayor Thomas announced the City Council would convene in closed session to confer with the City Attorney regarding pending litigation to which the City was a party: William D. Franks v. City of Tustin, City Manager William Huston, SACV 97-794(GLT); W.D. Franks v. City of Tustin, 97CV009289; and W.D. Franks v. City of Tustin, A~{M 0040436. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Thomas adjourned the meeting at 12:05 p.m. The City Council scheduled a Capital Improvement Project Planning Workshop on April 6, 1998, 5:30 p.m. in the Community Center, and the next regular meeting of the City Council was scheduled for April 6, 1998, 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 300 Centennial Way.
