HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1935RESOLUTION NO. 1935 1 5 7 lO ll lA l§ l? 20 25 27 30 31 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF TRACT NO. 11336. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as fol- lows: I. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin finds and determines as follows: A. That Tentative Tract No. 11336 was submitted pursuant to Ordinance No. 651 (as amended) by Triad Design, for the pur- pose of creating a one lot subdivision for condominium pur- poses at 1651 Mitchell. B. That said map is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan. C. That this map is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California environmental Quality Act. II. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council ap- proval of Tentative Tract No. 11336, subject to the following conditions: A. Submission of CC&Rs for review and approval by the city at- torney. B. Dedication of easements for all required utilities to each air space subdivision. C. Annexation of entire parcel to the Tustin Lighting District. Proof of submittal of said annexation to the County Sur- veyor's office must be furnished by the City prior to ap- proval of the final tract map. D. Installation of Marbelite street lights with underground con- duit along the Mitchell Avenue frontage of the subject de- ve lopment. E. Installation of street trees along the Mitchell Avenue front- age of the subject development per the City's master plan of trees. F. Construction/replacement of all new, missing, or damaged pub- lic street improvements per City standards. G. Revision of tentative map to show water line easement per deed recorded in Bo~k 8518, Page 486, records of Orange County. PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Agency, held on the 1st day of December, 1980. M.I.
