HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1925 1 4 5 ? 8 9 10 11 12 15 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 24 25 26 27 28 29 50 32 RESOLUTION NO. 1925 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, DENYING AUTHORITY TO VARY WITH SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR THE PROPERTY AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF YORBA STREET AND NORWOOD PARK PLACE. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: A. That a proper application (Variance No. 80-17) was filed-by Joseph J. Nardulli to request authorization to vary with the structural setback from the property line abutting an R-1 zone; and to approve the precise site plan with 2-story (26 foot in height) detached family structures for the property at the southeast corner of Yorba Street and Norwood Park Place (14372 Yorba Street). B. That a public .hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. That said application should not be granted for the following reasons: 1. That the Planning Agency has recommended denial of Zone Change 80-3 for the subject property from R-1 to PD. 2. No evidence of hardship was presented to justify a favorable finding to vary with PD District regulations. II. The Planning Agency hereby denies Variance Application No. 80-17, as applied for, requesting authority to vary with setback requirements of the PD District.
