RESOLUTION NO. 1917
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, RECONMMENDING APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL
MAP APPLICATION NO. 80-1026.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tusfin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as roi lows:
A. That a Final Parcel Map fP~ 80-1026) has been submitted by
Williamson and Schmid on behalf of Cuff and Link Investment Ltd.,
pursuant fo the Subdivision Ordinance No. 651, to create two
parcels from one 7.39 acre lot located on the south side of
Seventeenth Street known as Parcel 1, as shown on the map filed
in Book 55, Page 22 of parcel maps recorded of Orange County,
California.
B. That the proposed map is categorically exempt from the require-
menfs of the California Environmental Quality Act.
C. That the proposed division is in conformance with the Tustin
Area General Plan.
D. That the final parcel map is in substantial conformance with
the tentative map.
I!. The Planning Agency hereby recommends to the City Council approval
of Final Parcel Map 80-1026, subject fo the following conditions.
A. All conditions of Planning Agency Resolution No. 1902 and City
Council Resolution No. 80-62.
B. Final execution of ali Subdivision Agreements and certificate
of deposit for cost of public improvements.
C. Final approval by the City Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tustin Planning Agency,
held on the 15th day of September, 1980.
