The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: t. The Planning Agency of the City of Tusfin does hereby resolve as follows: A. That a proper application (U.P. 80-17) was filed by Bill Taylor' for a Use Permit for construction of an addition fo be utilized' as an amusement facility located at 1542 Laguna Road. B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said app I i cat i on;. C. That establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not, under the circumstances of this case, be detri- mental to the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such prcpcsed use, evidenced by the following findings: The use is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan and the City of Tusfin Zoning Ordinance. D. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, nor fo the general welfare o¢ the city of Tusfin, and should be granted. E. Proposed development shall be in accordance with the Zoning Ordi- nance and the development, policies adopted by the City Council, Uniform Building Codes as administered by the Building Official, Fire Code as administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal, and street improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer. That the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the CaliFornia Environmental Quality Act. G. Fina~ development plans shall require the review and approval of the Corrmunity Development Department. II. The Planning Agency hereby grants a use permit, as applied for, to allow for the construction ot: an addition fo be utilized as an amuse- ment facility sub]ecl fo the following conditions: A. That the development of the subject property shall be in confor- mance with all applicable City codes and standards. B. The amusement area will be under constant supervision by Taylors Restaurant. C.
