RESOLUTION NO. 1898
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF TUSTIN, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO USE PER-
MIT NO. 78-18.
The Planning Agency of the City of Tusfin does hereby resolve as follows:
I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows:
A. That a proper application, Amendment to Use Permit No. 78-18,
was filed on behalf of Village Homes by L.C. "Bob" Albertson
to request deletion of the fifty year old minimLm age limit for
the Village Homes condominiums af Packers Circle.
B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held on
said application.
C. That establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied
for will not, under the circumstances of this case, be detri-
mental fo the health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare
of the persons residing or working in the neighborhood of such
proposed use, as evidenced by the following findings:
1. The use is in conformance with the Tustin Area General Plan.
2. Use Permit No. 78-18 was approved by the Planning Agency
which authorized construction of the development in the
Plannin9 Community District.
D. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use
applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property
and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property,
nor to the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and should
be granted.
E. Proposed development shall be ~n accordance with the develop-
merit policies adopted by the City Council, Uniform Building
Codes as administered by the Building Of¢icial, Fire Code as
administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal, and street
improvement requirements as administered by the City Engineer.
F. Final development plans shall require the review and approval
of the Community Development Director.
II. The Planning Agency hereby grants an amendment to Use Permit
No. 78-I8 to de~ete items 2b.9, 2b.10, and 2c of Resolution No. 1776,
subject fo the following conditions:
A. Parking spaces shall be provided on site fo a minimum ratio
of af least 1.9 spaces per unit. The applicant shall work
with the City staff fo try fo attain two (2) spaces per unit
by resfriping a number of existing spaces fo cornpacf car size,
removal of existing landscaping, and the redesigning of the
Packers Circle cul-de-sac for vehicle parking.
B. Current condominium owners shall be provided with an op-
portunity fo revoke their purchase commitment without cost
or loss of deposits.
C. The applicant shall provide, two (2) weeks after approval of

this amendment, a surety device to the City guaranteeing
installation of the required parking.
D. Ail parking area improvements shall be constructed prior fo
close of escrow for the first unit.
