HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 1882 1 2 4 5 6 8 9 10 11 12 15 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 24 25 26 27 28 29 50 51 52 RESOLUTION NO. 1882 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION NO. 80-6 FOR TUSTIN ACRES. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: A. That a proper application was filed on behalf of Tustin Acres for a conditional use permit fo allow the construction, and use of three (3) temporary tract identification signs and miscellaneous flags for the property af 650 West Main Street, known as Tusfin Acres. B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed and held on said application. C. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious or detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, nor fo the general welfare of the City of Tustin, and should be be granted. D. That said application is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act. !1. The Planning Agency hereby grants a Conditional Use Permit, as applied for, fo allow the construction and use of three (5) temporary identi- fication tract signs and flags, subject to the following conditions: A. That applicant shall post a one hundred dollar l$100) bond, guaranteeing the removal of each sign. B. Signs within the required setback area require the approval of the City Engineer. C. The maximum heights of the signsshali be twenty (20) feet. D. The signs shall not encroach within the public right-of-way. E. The signs shall be removed after the sale of the last condo- minium or af the end of one (1) year, whichever occurs first. F. Issuance of a sign permit prior fo placement of signs and flags.
