HomeMy WebLinkAboutPC RES 18662 3 6 8 9 10 11 14 15 16 17 18 ].9 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 52 RESOLUTION NO. 1866 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, APPROVING USE PERMIT 80-2, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RECRE- ATIONAL VEHICLE STORAGE FACILITY AT 1702 MOULTON PARKWAY. The Planning Agency of the City of Tustin does hereby resolve as follows: I. The Planning Agency finds and determines as follows: ' A. A proper application (Use Permit 80-2) has been filed on behalf of Richard Fairchi led to establish a recreational vehicle storage facility af 1702 Moulton Parkway. B. That a public hearing was duly called, noticed, and held on said application. C. That establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not, under the circumstances of this case, be detri- mental to the health, safety or general welfare of the persons residing, or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use, evidenced by the following findings: 1. That said development is in conformance to the Tustin Area General Plan. 2. That said development is in conformance with the M-1 standards of the Zoning Ordinance. D. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the use applied for will not be injurious nor detrimental to the property and improvements in the neighborhood of the subject property, nor fo the general welfare of the city of Yustin, and should be granted. E. Proposed development shall be in accordance with the development policies adopted by the City Council, Uniform Building Code as administered by the Building Official, Fire Code as administered by the Orange County Fire Marshal, and street improvement re- quirements as administered by the City Engineer. F. That the development is categorically exempt from the require- menfs of the California Environmental Quality Act. II. The Planning Agency hereby grants a use permit fo establish a recreational vehicle storage facility at 1702 Moulfon Parkway, as applied for, subject to the following conditions: A. Any improvements shall comply with all applicable City building regul ati ons. B. Final improvement plans shall require the review and approval of the Community Development Director. C. The caretaker's residence will be maintained and operated as to not be detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare of adjacent properties. D. The filing of a Parcel Map is required. Resolution No. 1866 E. The operation shall comply with Sign Ordinance .No. 684 end the Master Sign Plan tot the Center. ! M.I.
